I've been a Bad Blogger, Blakkatz Baseball, Bearcat Sports Stuff

I ponder sometimes if anyone follows my blog at all. I was real good last fall about posting a blog everytime I uploaded photos to one of my sites. This way, all you have to do is check the blog every so often, and you would have a link to go to the exact gallery on one of my three photography sites. ("I know, I know; why in the world would anyone have three different sites to post photographs?") But starting a new job in late November put a big strain on my photo time. It seems like I am lucky these days if I even get the time to go shoot an event.
I have a facebook page now and there's a lot of networking going on there. I figure I will give this blog thing one more chance; now that I can put the word out on facebook.

Here's whats been added most recently to Bearcat Images.

Blakkatz Baseball - this is a tournament baseball team from Aledo on which my son Brody plays.
These guys are really good players and so much fun to be around. Every kid on this team has such a funny personality.

Aledo Soccer- I shot one game for boys and girls soccer this year. "Sorry soccer teams"
Maybe I'll get more chances with the playoffs happening right now.

Ladycat Softball - Softball season couldn't get here soon enough. Bro and I followed the team around last season all the way to a state championship. This is definitely on my "top 5" coolest things I've ever been a part of. I love these girls and Coach Cook and get such a thrill being in the dugout, taking pictures. Pictures will be posted this week.

Baylor Lady Bear Softball -  Bro and I had Baylor shirts made with "Canion" & "11" on the back. We headed down to Waco a few weeks ago, (stopping in West for kolaches, of course) to see our favorite Big VII softball pitcher, Whitney Canion, on the mound. Whitney was the Ace for Aledo last year who know pitches for Baylor. (Yes, that's why this old Red Raider can be seen wearing a Baylor t shirt and posting Baylor photos on his site) Go check out the photos. Whitney is every bit the stud in a premiere college softball conference as she was last year for Aledo. She was named "Big XII Pitcher of the Week" for three weeks straight several weeks ago.
